My career has led me to work in leadership roles as a senior lecturer at different universities, where I was responsible for developing & managing language course, training, evaluation and exams.
Furthermore, I have worked as a skilled interpreter for prominent European businesses, political figures and was involved in participating in teaching conferences.

After gaining valuable professional training in Business Development from the best recruiters in London, who placed IT specialists into German-speaking companies, I have had the opportunity to speak with top managers in Germany and many international IT experts looking for a contract in Germany.

It became apparent to me that there was a significant gap in the market for IT specialists who lacked German language proficiency, despite having the required specialist expertise for roles being advertised.

Having impressive resumes didn’t help them to get noticed. These international candidates often failed to make it onto our top List or secure any job interviews. I knew these specialists deserved better and could earn significantly more than their current salaries were paying them, but I was unable to assist them due to their language barrier.

This is how I came up with the idea to develop German courses for a career in the DACH region!
